Caitlyn Pearn

Design has always been a way for me to make sense of things—visually, emotionally, and practically. I’m most passionate about web design, where structure meets creativity, and every choice serves a purpose. I also love illustrating and using visuals to explore new ways to communicate ideas. I see design as a tool for clarity, connection, and solving real problems.

Water In My Ears Awareness Campaign

This poster set visualizes what it feels like to grow up hard of hearing—navigating classrooms, conversations, and daily life as if underwater. Each piece captures a different aspect of that experience: isolation in learning environments, the frustration of unclear communication, and the emotional exhaustion of constantly trying to keep up. The underwater metaphor represents the quiet struggle many don’t see, while the visuals and text invite empathy, understanding, and awareness.

This series is part of Water In My Ears, a broader campaign designed to support, advocate for, and give voice to hard-of-hearing youth.

Leaf & Vine Wine Bottle Design

Leaf & Vine is a conceptual brand that reimagines the experience of red wine—infused with cannabis, yet grounded in elegance. This creative packaging project challenged the typical aesthetic associated with cannabis by embracing refinement, restraint, and balance. The goal was to make something that felt mature, luxurious, and tasteful, while still celebrating the uniqueness of the product.

With rich tones, botanical illustrations, and a sophisticated label design, Leaf & Vine invites a new kind of conversation: one where elevated indulgence meets creative exploration.

GoBeetle Brand Guidelines Design

GoBeetle is a conceptual brand created to spotlight eco-conscious businesses and products that align with sustainable values. This brand identity was built around advocacy—offering a playful yet purposeful visual language that reflects its mission to support only environmentally responsible partners.

This brand guideline book captures the essence of GoBeetle through typography, color, voice, and layout, using my own nature photography to bring authenticity and atmosphere to the design. The project challenged me to build a cohesive system that felt bold, clean, and committed—just like the message behind it.
