Romy – coming soon
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects one in four individuals with a uterus, leading to a range of physical, emotional, and hormonal challenges. Current treatments are invasive and often have limited effectiveness. Romy proposes the development of a non-invasive, saliva-based hormone-tracking device using nano-biosensor technology. This device would monitor insulin resistance, cortisol, and androgen levels, key factors in managing PCOS. Targeted towards teens and young adults, Romy aims to empower users with a more effective, fun and accessible approach to understanding and managing PCOS.
