Crafty – App Design

This design project builds the branding and UX design for a fictional crafting application. Crafty is an app that has crafts, with their instructions and materials info available for free. It helps find crafts to make with materials you already have at home. The branding reflects a playful and youthful style/tone. It is a fun, friendly space to find all sorts of crafts depending on materials, time, etc.

Silly Dilly Co.

This design project builds the brand identity for Silly Dilly Co., a local small business that sells items like scrunchies, hair clips, keychains, bags, tumblers with wraps, stickers, coin pouches and more! With a soft, welcoming colour palette, a happy buzzing bee logo, and joyful script typography, the branding reflects the friendly, welcoming small business Silly Dilly Co.!

Hades & Persephone Playing Cards

This illustrative project is a specialty-themed deck of playing cards, inspired by the myth of Hades and Persephone. The four face cards each reflect elements of their story:

  • The King card represents Hades, the God of Death, with imagery expressing his aching heart.
  • The Queen card shows Persephone with flowers growing around one arm and wilting around the other, symbolizing her divided time between the underworld and the world above.
  • The Jack card features Cerberus, the three-headed guardian of the underworld.
  • The Ace card depicts a flame at the bottom representing the underworld, a flower at the top for Persephone’s home, and a pomegranate hanging in the middle to represent the fruit she consumed that bound her to Hades.

The illustration style draws from traditional tattoo and linocut aesthetics. A limited, dramatic colour palette enhances the mood without overpowering the intricate details of the artwork

Bruise Cruise Card Game

This design project builds the brand identity for Bruise Cruise, a fictional, fun and inclusive drinking card game designed to bring friends together through humour and light-hearted challenges. Inspired by games like Cards Against Humanity, it’s perfect for any social setting—nights in, getaways, or trips. With both drinking and non-drinking options, it ensures everyone can join in safely. From trivia to beer pong, Bruise Cruise promises laughs, friendly competition, and memorable moments for all players.
